Pros: Centrally located to shops, restaurants, bars and the bike trail. Spacious unit for me, all appliances are new and in good working condition. I’m on the second floor so I have people above me and below me. I don’t really hear any of my neighbors unless on very random days/nights. Generally quiet. Leasing office and maintenance has been very helpful and friendly. Safe area!
Cons: Yes there are trains that come through at random hours, but I am up when the early morning train comes through. 🙂 During the day I very rarely see them due to being at work, it is only on the weekends that I see them come through when I happen to be home.
Everyone has a dog, not just one or two, but I’ve even seen three with one owner! There is laziness on the part of the owners to pick up after their pet, but this is being addressed monthly by the leasing office. Due to all the pets, the out door grassy areas are nasty. With Spring, I hope something will be done to bring back to life these areas. The cleaning crew hasn’t been consistent over the last several months, but I am starting to see this turn around.
Where ever you go, there are going to be Pro’s and Con’s, however taking into account, that I did my research PRIOR to me coming to LSA’s, I knew there were train tracks, hence there being a train that may come along, I knew that during peek hours, traffic would be heavy, AND being next to bars, restaurants and shops, I also assumed there would be noisy people at night….Wouldn’t you get that anywhere…? Just saying. We are lucky to have you Jessica, thank you.
Just to wrap it up thank goodness whoever was before Jessica is gone. She was useless and didn’t respond whenever there was an issue and things got out of control. Jessica has stepped up over these last few months she has been here and I am already seeing a difference.
