The Bearded Pig

The Bearded Pig food truck will be at Loveland Station on June 30th from 11am-2pm Stop over and grab a bite to eat! Their food is AMAZING!

Doughnut Day!

Come to the resident lounge on Friday March 15th For donuts and coffee! Take some time and guess how many coins are in the jar to win a prize as well!

National Bagel Day!

Come to the resident lounge on Saturday February 9th from 10am-4pm for National Bagel Day! We will have all types of bagels and cream cheese for all of our residents. Grab a bagel and some gourmet coffee or hot cocoa on your way out for the day, or hang out in the lounge and mingle with the other residents.

Coffee shop coffee at Loveland Station!

We will have a new high tech coffee machine here at Loveland Station! It has over 50 different recipes with over 200 different combinations. The new machine will be here on January 31st! Come down to the Resident lounge and grab a warm cup of coffee or hot cocoa or even a latte!

Craft Night

Come to the Resident lounge on Saturday December 8th, from 4pm-6pm to make holiday crafts with the kids. We will be making candy cane reindeer and snowmen ornaments. Cookies and drinks will be provided. Loveland Station will be providing the supplies!

Chili Cook Off

We will be having a Chili Cook-Off on Sunday October 21st! It will be held in the lounge from 12pm-4pm. Contact the leasing office if you would like to enter your most famous Chili into the contest! **There will be prizes for the winners**

Pizza Day!

Come to the Resident lounge between the hours of 10am-4pm for some pizza and drinks on Saturday July 28th! Stop by and meet some of our new residents, and catch up with the residents you already know!

Loveland Station Cookout

Come to the resident lounge on Saturday June 9th from 2pm-4pm for our first cookout of the summer! We will be cooking all of your favorite summertime food and will have beverages available. There will also be a corn hole tournament with prizes! We hope to see you all here!

Salsa Bar!

Join us on May 5, 2018 in the resident lounge from 12pm-4pm for a salsa bar! Soda and water will be provided! Stop in and grab some yummy chips and salsa!

Valentine’s Day Donuts, Muffins and Coffee!

Current and future residents are invited to stop by the lounge on February 14, 2018 to enjoy donuts, muffins and coffee! We will have them from 9:00am until 12:00pm. Stop by and mingle with the other residents and office staff, or just swing through on your way to work! We can’t wait to see everyone!

Welcome! We are so glad to have you at our community. Let us know if you have any questions or if there are any ways we can serve you. Please remember to break down your moving boxes when you dispose of them so there’s enough room for everyone’s trash. Welcome to our community!
